Grievance 06-002 - filed to the 1st Step - concenring compensation payment for Unused Vacation for 2006 - due to Retirement - City's failure to compensate a members unused Vacation Leave for 2006. Denied at 1st and 2nd step. - Union submitted this issue to Aribtration and requested Mediation. Mediation meeting will be held on August 23, 2006.
