NIOSH Issues Respirator User Notice October 17, 2005 - The National Institute of
Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has issued a user notice regarding
improper cylinder requalification. The cylinders in
question were improperly requalified by All-Out Fire
Equipment Company Inc. Since many of these cylinders may be used for
self-contained breathing apparatus, NIOSH is warning respirator users of this
